After 7 years of being part of a dubstep duo called "Vives & Forero" and having the honor of playing at major festivals like Creamfields, UMF, and Lollapalooza, Alex traveled to Los Angeles, California, to study Music Production at Icon Collective, a school that would change his vision of music and open him up to experimenting with all possible genres.

With that in mind, Alex started this new personal project: an initial proposal based on blending Funky and House, which eventually evolved after years of searching into his current style that follows the line of Electro and Breakbeat. Thanks to his vast knowledge and experience in other genres, his performances have particular elements that range from the inclusion of vocals and 8-bit sounds to Latin rap and hip-hop.

Forero stands out in the national scene for his energetic sets that go beyond the typical, and he is known for his professional-level mixing. He is capable of transforming the most complex transitions into something simple, surprising, and addictive. In addition to his DJ set format, Forero has an alternative Live Set composed solely of his own productions.
